We are back up and running!!!!! We got a new computer---which is amazing...and what a difference it makes to have a new computer that works super fast and smooth. My hope is that I now blog more...since I can do it quicker :)
So...without any further ado....here is Miss Haddie's birthday celebrations and a few other fun memories...
In true Haddie fashion...she requested a "princess party". Yep she is talking in almost complete sentences...and she walked around talking about her princess party....so that is what we did! We had over a few great friends....and we celebrated the princess turning TWO!
Here she is helping me make her crown cookies...
Somehow during the mixing, baking, and decorating....this happened...yep Marshall and Haddie really team up together to make the best messes....this one was almost a roll and a half over toilet paper all over the bathroom...amazing!
Here she is on the eve of turning two...reading The Night that You Were Born...I still get teary each time I read it...
In the morning she woke up to this....
And right away her brothers wanted her to open gifts...and of course they wanted to help
Our birthday tradition is only complete with cinnamon rolls...
She got extra help blowing out the candles
That afternoon, we had her party. It was fun to have the party on her actual birthday and worked out to be a Saturday. I have started to try to get creative and make the kids' cakes...so for the princess party...we made a princess dress out of cupcakes. Pretty cute...and super tasty
Here are just a few pictures from the setup...
Grandma and Grandpa Jefford were able come in and celebrate with us....she was lucky to get a princess dress and book!!!
Getting some love
TWO!
We made birthday crowns and fire-breathing dragons
And then finally cake time....
Pretty Sweet...
And opening gifts...
The world's sparkliest Cinderella does...I love it!
We had such a wonderful time celebrating with our family, neighbors and dear friends....there is no better way to celebrate such a special day
Somehow this girl has grown sooooo much hair......
Turning two also allowed us to sign up for Itty Bitty Dance...we are having fun together...this was before her first class
Of course two year olds need 2 birthday celebrations...so my mom, grandpa and sister came the following weekend and we got to celebrate again....
Another reason to have cake...sounds good to me!
Grandma, Beans and Hadley
More crowns for the lady!
And princess....
This girl is always accesorized
Happy Birthday Sweet Hadley
How many cooks can fit in the kitchen...I know Marshall was in there....but I sure can't see him
Brayden has been bringing home books to read...lucky grandpa got to hear one
Playing....the life of a child....I love it...
On Feb 3, Brayden celebrated being in kindergarten 100 days....he chose to make a 100 eyed monster for his project....
He also wanted a shirt
And this hat, they made at school
More to come soon...promise!!!!
