It has been so nice in Chicago lately that we have been able to go on long walks everyday. Brayden and I really enjoy them...however Bruiser is a little jealous...since he cannot go along. Reason being that I have not yet figured out how to get out of the house with the dog, carseat, and diaper bag, and then get the stroller out of the car---city living I tell you! However one day I will figure it out, but for now I walk one, and then when Aaron gets home I walk the other!
Aunt Natalie came to visit this past week/weekend. It was so great to see her. We went on walks, shopping and out to lunch! She even babysat for me, so that mommy and daddy could go on a date night. I already miss her!!!
I cannot remember the last time that I actually got ready for a date. We went to a yummy dinner and after one glass of wine, I told Aaron that I was already tipsy....I tell ya, 10 months off the wagon and its hard to get back on! As dinner ended, he asked what else we should do on our date...we looked at the time...it was maybe 9:30....and we both responded to each other....lets go home and go to bed! Ah parenthood, I tell ya, its exhausting!!!
