It's the most wonderful time of the year.....
I don't know about you....but December makes up DAB happy!

We headed to Drury Lane to see Santa, have breakfast and saw A Christmas Carol....fabulous kick off to the Christmas season!

School Christmas Performances
Headed to the city....ridin' the Holiday El train and then the Windy City Bulls!
We snuck away for a night!

School Parties!
We rode the train to the city....saw the windows, hit up the Kris Kringle mart....but the kids favorite part...sleeping in a hotel!!!!!! And of course watching movies, eating pizza and swimming!
Breakfast at the Walnut room....delicious and added magic with fairy dustings!
Ended the trip with some SNOW!!!!
Making our gingerbread house....this year I hot glues it before we decorated....went a little better! No major collapse while decorating!
Christmas Eve....ready for church...looking all sorts of fancy!
Life...it's exhausting!
After church the kiddos each get to open one gift...they draw names for each other, shop, wrap and then give their brother/sister a gift
Happy Birthday Jesus!!!!!! We had a wonderful Christmas morning!!!! Woke up way too early, opened everything way too fast and LOVED every minute of it!!!!
Then we headed to Belleville for Christmas at Grandpa's...the found was of course delicious and the company was amazing....love family time!
